PRESS RELEASE | Orchid Inspiration Days 2020 cancelled

The annual orchid event is being postponed to next year because of the global situation resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Preparations for the fifth edition of Orchid Inspiration Days were already in full flow. But in order to maintain the national and international reach and the quality of the event, the 11 participating orchid growers have sadly decided to cancel this year’s event.

Next edition

This year’s Orchid Inspiration Days were scheduled for 3 to 11 June.  The event was due to take place in four different regions in the Netherlands this year, at the following participating nurseries: Ansu Vanda, Artisan, Aphrodite Orchidee, GreenBalanZ, Pannekoek Orchideeën, Stolk Flora, De Hoog Orchids, Levoplant, OK Plant, Opti-flor and Ter Laak Orchids. Details of when and where the next edition will take place will be announced in due course.

About Orchid Inspiration Days

During the Orchid Inspiration Days growers inspire and inform (international) end-customers with their range and innovations. By organising these inspiring days before and during the FlowerTrials the organisers are also targeting foreign clients who can thereby make extra good use of their visit to the Netherlands.
