Geest Potplanten has a wide range of phalaenopsis and green plants, which grow on 16 hectares in the Westland region. You can visit us for both the green and flowering ranges during the Orchid Inspiration Days.
The flowering range consists of multiflora and phalaenopsis in pot size 12 cm. Both guarantee a long vase life and beautiful diverse colours and appearances. The multiflora types are compact and guarantee a lot of branches with a nice bunch of flowers. The regular phalaenopsis naturally have longer branches and larger flowers.
Sustainability is central to us. The greenhouses are therefore continuously optimised to innovate and save on water and energy consumption, while pampering the plants even better. Our aim is always to ensure that the plants are in top form and good condition, so that our customers can be successful.
We deliver our plants under the label ‘You & Me in a green world’. In addition, for the multiflora we have the label ‘Ultimate Sweetness’ for the extra heavy quality plants.
Making the world a greener place is necessary and possible. In all the choices we make, we choose the best option for the environment and our fellow man. Where possible, we green our environment and deliver our plants without unnecessary additives.
The name GreenBalanZ is synonymous with the green nature of our company. Traditionally, we have been very progressive – and pioneering – in the field of sustainability. We rightly dare to call ourselves frontrunners in this field. Our entire assortment is grown in an extremely green way.
At GreenBalanZ we are constantly looking for opportunities to make our production process even greener. Without compromising the quality of our product of course! Finding the right organic cultivation method took five years. A big investment but it has also given us a lot of ‘green’ cultivation knowledge.
